Join us at the Kovach Family gathering circle (parking at Lost Dog Wash Trailhead) for a gentle, outdoor sound healing and mindfulness session. You’ll be guided through calming breath and presence practices while we layer soft, meditative sounds from crystal singing bowls, wooden flutes, maracas, and other natural instruments. The tones and rhythms are designed to help you slow down, quiet your thoughts, and reconnect with your body and the desert around you. You’re welcome to bring an instrument if you’d like to play along or simply rest and receive. Afterward, you’re invited to stay for brunch nearby or head out for a peaceful hike together.
