By using the Heartspace app and website and participating in our digital community, you agree to these Community Guidelines and the following terms:
Content Ownership & Privacy
- You retain ownership of original content you post but grant Heartspace Church a perpetual limited license to display and distribute it within our platform or advertising while maintaining your utmost privacy and confidentiality. For example, sharing quotes or stories without sharing names or identifying details, unless we receive permission to include your personal details.
- While we maintain strict confidentiality standards, electronic communications cannot be guaranteed 100% secure. We also do not guarantee the actions of our members.
- We may collect usage data to improve the platform experience.
- Community interactions may be monitored by moderators to ensure guideline compliance.
- Information We Collect: – Personal Information: We may collect personal information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses, from participants, members, and visitors who voluntarily provide it to us. – Non-Personal Information: We may also collect non-personal information, such as browser type, device information, and website usage data, through cookies and similar technologies.

All files are stored in HIPAA-compliant or industry-standard encrypted systems when possible. Medical & Professional Disclaimer
- The app and community provide peer support, coaching, and spiritual guidance, not medical or mental health psychological treatment.
- Information shared in the app is not professional advice and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
- We do not endorse any specific treatments, providers, or approaches shared by community members.
- Users experiencing psychological distress should utilize the Safety & Support resources.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- You agree not to impersonate others or create multiple accounts.
- You will not use the platform for any illegal activities.
- You will not attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
Limitation of Liability
Heartspace Church (including its principals, agents, or employees) are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application or any content provided therein, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify and hold Heartspace Church harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of the application or violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law and Disputes
These guidelines and all aspects of the Heartspace Church community are governed by the laws of Arizona without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Prior to initiating any legal action against Heartspace Church or its principals, employees or agents, You agree to engage in mediation to resolve any disputes. Any dispute, claim, interpretation, controversy, or issues of public policy arising out of relating to this Agreement that are not resolved by mediation, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this Section, will be determined exclusively by mandatory binding arbitration held in Phoenix, Arizona, and will be governed exclusively by the applicable state law arbitration act of Arizona. The Parties waive (i) any right of removal to the United States federal courts and (ii) any right in the United States federal courts to compel arbitration, to confirm any arbitration award or order, or to seek any aid or assistance of any kind.

Heartspace Church – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and participation in Heartspace Church and its affiliated organizations, including Heartspace Leadership Coaching, Robert Solano, and all associated programs, communities, and digital properties (collectively, “Heartspace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Websites: heartspace.church, heartspaceleadership.com, and robertsolano.com.
- Online communities and platforms: Mighty Networks, Homecoming.Health, and any similar third-party platforms used to host Heartspace programs or community forums.
- Social media accounts: including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Virtual and in-person events, retreats, workshops, and ceremonies.
By accessing or using any of our platforms, programs, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be 21 years or older to participate in any Heartspace Service. By engaging with our platforms or events, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Heartspace reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate membership, access, or participation at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct inconsistent with our mission and values. Such termination may occur with or without notice and without refund or liability.
2. Nature of Heartspace and Legal Status
Heartspace Church is a faith-based organization and religious nonprofit committed to spiritual growth, self-discovery, and community service. Our practices may include entheogenic sacraments used within the context of religious ceremony.
Heartspace operates under religious freedom protections afforded by the U.S. Constitution and applicable federal and state laws, including the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). The Church notes that each state’s laws are unique and you are required to review your own state law to determine if any legal protections apply to you and the Church does not guarantee that there are no negative legal consequences that could occur as the result of your possession and use of the Sacraments. You agree to take responsibility for your own choices, informing yourself about the legal risks, medical and mental health risks and consequences of your choices.
Participation in any Heartspace-affiliated program or ceremony constitutes a voluntary religious act. Heartspace makes no medical claims and does not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health services.
3. Spiritual, Medical, and Legal Disclaimers
3.1 Spiritual Intent
All teachings, ceremonies, and content offered through Heartspace are intended for spiritual and personal-development purposes.

You agree to seek evaluation from a licensed healthcare provider before participating in any wellness, meditation, or entheogenic practice. You assume full responsibility for your physical and mental condition before, during, and after participation.
3.4 Legal Responsibility
Heartspace advocates only legal and responsible use of plant-based sacraments in jurisdictions where protected by law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local regulations. Participation in ceremonies outside those legal frameworks is strictly prohibited.
4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
4.1 Voluntary Participation
All engagement with Heartspace is entirely voluntary. Activities may involve emotional, psychological, or physical intensity.
4.2 Acknowledgment of Risk
You acknowledge the potential risks associated with meditation, coaching, breathwork, and entheogenic sacraments, including emotional discomfort, physical reactions, or spiritual transformation that may be challenging to integrate.
4.3 Release of Claims
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you, your heirs, and assigns release and hold harmless Heartspace Church, its directors, officers, ministers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from your participation in any Service.
4.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Heartspace Church against any third-party claims or damages resulting from your actions, participation, or violation of these Terms.
5. Payments, Contributions, and Refunds
5.1 Offerings and Fees
Certain programs, memberships, or retreats require contributions or payments. Pricing and terms are described at the point of purchase.
5.2 Automatic Renewals
Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
5.3 Refunds
Due to the sacred, experiential nature of our work, all contributions and payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated in writing or required by law. Exceptions for medical or personal emergencies may be considered at Heartspace’s discretion.
6. Community Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
- Treat others with dignity, empathy, and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality of private information shared within the community.
- Abstain from hate speech, harassment, exploitation, or proselytizing.
- Respect ceremonial and cultural traditions.
Violation may result in removal from programs or community spaces, without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content produced or shared by Heartspace—text, videos, audio, artwork, curriculum, or digital materials—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without express written consent.
8. Photo, Video, and Audio Release
By participating in Heartspace events (virtual or in person), you consent to photography, recording, or live streaming for educational, archival, or promotional use.
You may opt out by notifying us in writing before or during the event.
Testimonials or feedback you voluntarily share may be used publicly with your first name only, unless you request anonymity.
9. Confidentiality and Ethics
Information shared in coaching, ceremony, or community sessions is sacred and confidential. Heartspace ministers and facilitators maintain confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).
10. Technology Use and Third-Party Platforms
Heartspace uses third-party websites, applications, and online platforms for communication and program delivery. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. Heartspace is not responsible for data breaches, outages, or losses arising from third-party service providers.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any dispute or claim will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the same state and county.
You waive the right to participate in class-action litigation against Heartspace Church or its affiliates.
12. Modification and Severability
Heartspace may update these Terms and Policies at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
